I hold a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin at Madison (Go Badgers!). Early in my career, I realized chasing crime stories at 2 a.m. wasn’t quite my calling. Instead, I found my passion in marketing, advertising, and product writing.
Back in 2005, just as digital content marketing and content strategy were taking off, I jumped into the field at the perfect time. I started my journey at the University of Wisconsin Health, creating engaging, SEO-optimized digital content and building corporate websites. Since then, I’ve spent over a decade crafting a wide variety of content: emails, blogs, white papers, sales sheets, website copy, social media posts, press releases, video scripts, podcasts, and more. If it involves words, I’ve likely worked with it.
When I’m not writing or brainstorming creative ideas, you’ll likely find me hiking with my husband and our two playful dogs. (Yes, I love a good touch of alliteration!)
